Slow Down & Decompress
Life gets super busy, we become accustomed to being on the go constantly.
We are always working and being of service to others, but it is time you take a good look in the mirror and take inventory of your daily routine that is burning you out.
It’s ok to slow down, take sometime for yourself to do the bare minimum. This week I challenge you to carve out time in your day to just go slow.
Reconnect with your favourite author and get lost in a good book.
Call up a friend and go for a walk or hike. Enjoy the beauty around you.
Whatever you decide to do, just be sure it is something you enjoy and that you are priority number 1.
Do not get so lost in your routine that you slowly lose yourself. Get back to you.
Be kind to yourself and find your new rhythm that includes time for you to just slow down.
